Here’s yet another excellent review of Aviation in Canada: The Pioneer Decades – this time from Pierre Gillard, a professor at Collège Édouard–Montpetit. Pierre is typical of the solid CANAV fans that have kept us afloat these 28 years. Independent publishing is no breeze here in Canada, especially with the giant chains monopolizing the book biz, but we always manage – in no small part due to the loyalty and steadfast support of our readers. Pierre is just great: he buys everything, buys extra copies to use as gifts, gets the books into the college library and never seems to stop singing CANAV’s praises. We sure couldn’t do CANAV without folks like him!
